All sub system of the building shall be brought under a single management unite.

The whole traffic system within R.A.K. Tower shall be managed through a centrally located computer cell. The number and location of vacant parking spaces shall be determined by computer for optimization of the resources.

Adequate number of CCTV shall be installed in the parking areas to ensure full time security and monitoring. Further more the parking areas below the building shall have PABX system for the convenience of the users.

Security System: Security system incorporates passive sensors, CCTV, card and key box locking system and other advanced components.

Power Supply System: The whole building shall be brought under emergency power supply. The ventilation system shall also be supported by highly efficient and sophistication stand by generation system.

Fire & safety: The whole complex shall be installed with modern fire detection system and will be supplemented with fire hydrants in each floor. The fire exit is designed in such a way to allow users to evacuate without crossing the life lobby. The fire exit area is protected with many folds by means of fire rated doors.

Air-conditioning System: Air-conditioning is supplied with highly efficient central cooling function. All-air system can be controlled from individual outlets. The overall sub-system shall be centrally controlled by computer to achieve maximum comfort. A special independent section of the system
shall be dedicated for the anchor tenant for autonomous operation and management.

Energy Conservation: To avoid profligate use of energy the computerized central energy conversation unite shall shutdown any used spaces automatically that are using power and thus shall optimize use of power.

Tele-Communication: The user of R.A.K. Tower shall enjoy the facility of central PABX system in addition to their own T&T lines. The computerized billing system shall be served to the users proportionately.
